Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication please order repeat prescriptions by using one of the following methods:

  • Online through our website
  • In person – use the printed request slip attached to your last prescription, clearly mark the items required and leave it in the box provided at reception.

A collection service is available from local pharmacies. If you wish to register for this service, please complete our Electronic Prescription Service registration form.

We do not accept requests for prescriptions over the telephone.

Please allow two working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems, please contact the surgery.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, please use our Medication Review form.
