Free Classes for patients at selected GP practices in East Birmingham**
Join us from the comfort of your own home for a relaxation session incorporating gentle yoga, pranayama (breathing) and meditation exercises.
Learn simple techniques that you can use independently to quieten the mind, reduce anxieties and remain calm.
We will focus on increasing our own self-awareness to recognise emotional triggers and then learn how to manage these so that they are not to our detriment.
