We can support young people, families, schools and community workers with information and a directory of local support available in the local area. In addition, resilience fund grants up to £150 are available for families in need.
We can support with advice and signposting around finances, money advice, employment, parenting, education and a range of other issues. You can either make a self-referral or a professional support referral.
